NEWS NEWS: 'Need far outweighs the resources': Franklin County funds child care

12/18/2023

From The Columbus Dispatch:

When Rae Stewart shows parents around Little Incredibles Early Learning Center, she makes sure to ask them if they qualify for state child care funding. That's because, if they fall into a category of families that don't qualify for that funding but don't make enough to pay out of pocket, she can help.

Stewart, the owner and director of the Northeast Side child care center, can apply for a scholarship for children to attend the center, thanks to the Franklin County RISE early learning initiative.
